Default To much offset?

Well on first gen 7s,we have screw in style wheel stud/bolts like BMW/Porches.. I had my screw in studs, where you can run normal wheel lugs for a while,so today i decided to put them in,and try these wheels I got.

I dont kn ow the offset on the wheels, but they are 13x7,stock is 13x5.Id like to keep the wheel sin the fenders, but its actually sticking out about an inch from the top of the fender.

Does this look retarded?
I should of took pics, maybe ill do it tomorrow.

Do your wheels stick past the fenders some?

as for my wheels, they are pretty much flush with the fenders, but I do have a 27mm pull on it. My specs on wheels are 18x9 +10 and 18x10 +11
pull as "pull the fenders out"?

What is used in this process.
