wouldn't wreckless driving be a traffic violation?? and last I checked traffic laws are not enforcable on private property, like parking lots. unless the parking lot is owned by the county, but if it's to a strip mall then the stores or a management company ownes it and it is private property.

Thats a good point and i dont know the laws specifilcally, but thats a valid point and that IS the charge he got, at leats when i asked the officer what he was being arrested on, he said it was that. I'm sure he's out on bail by now and his parenst seemed like they had a few good attourneys in thier phone book.....

from what i heard his parents are pretty cool.

did he have factory wheels on the back? if so, im suprised him mom didnt make him promise not to go sideways.

your correct but psco are one of those departments where the cops love to fuck people over especially kids with modded cars.

If its Harris that was the one that got arrested, (cause your story is semi confusing) then thats how he is...Just is that way...

Unless the property is fenced, it's fair game for the police to write tickets.
If his record is clean, a lawyer will get the ticket dropped or reduced.
