SO you can't flip it over on a auto-x, open course, or kart track ?

With you not having insurance I would stongly advise not driving that scary looking POS.
But I am sure you know best, just don't say none of us warned you when you are eating through a straw.
shoulda started out with a standard 5hp race kart frame or a shifter kart frame and gone from there, you would be alot better off and they are not really expensive at all.
and your motor will make no where near the hp that one did, considering it had a gsxr1000 on it and you are running a 600cc motor. The difference btwn 103hp and 154hp is so different it's not even funny on something like that.
looks like it will be fun though and don't worry about flipping it, unless you try to turn on a speed bump at 20+ mph you wont flip. and i hope you arent planning on drifting that thing, cause thats just fucking stupid

No problem, I use to race karts. I have had 2 5hp b/s alki karts, one for oval one for road course and I also use to have a shifter kart. I can be usefull for some things after all.
