2003 kawasaki 636RR, which makes right at 103WHP stock, fuel injected.

custom made frame.

R6 rear brake and master cylinder

6x10" rear tires, stretched

Looks like the exhaust might burn your hair off.Project is a great idea.....play with some layout options...and i have no experiance with these but after owning a 900rr i can only assume those tires might b to small?.....lol all i can see is that huge motor makin those dissappear in 5 mins, keep it updated

and also your rear axles with the two straight up and down steel as mounting locations, brace the shit out of those.....clean welds btw

wew where is the support in the middle of that chassis that thing is going to flex like anything but that is alright for a kart cuase it's a solid axle. Looks cool as anything though how are you going to mount the brake? Usually we machined up a braket that bolts on so you can dissassemble it and take out the rear axle.
