Default When selling a car...?

So my car should be sold today but I have one question?

Does a bill of sale have to be notarized? Its going to be impossible for me to find someone to do a notary on a saturday.

Also just to double check, you just fill out the transfer of title on the back of it and sign it? Then fill out the bill of sale and basically the car will be theres after that, correct?

This is my first time selling something myself so I just want to make sure I have everything as to not screw the new owner.

Any help is appreciated.

you don't even need a bill of sale.

it's only nice to have for the seller when it says " no warranites, as is"

Yeah, no bill of sale needed. You SHOULD do one for your own benefit. Include Driver's license info! This is in case the car is used in a crime, you can prove that you sold it.
