I appreiciate your ideas, but what happens to that car after 
. I think Ford tech is going to sell theirs after they make some passes and do something to split up the money. I can't think of anyone who would want to donate their car then to have to sell it, or anyone who would donate soooo much time and money into someone elses car just for this.
I'm not trying to be difficult I promise, lol, I just can't see it being practical to try to do this w/ a Classic

Yea I see where your coming from....But hey you never know.I just enjoy making cars haul ass ...I work on a lot of people's cars just to see what it will do....Mabey some of the classic guys will feel the same way

On a limited budget I think "A fucking Honda"....If built right could run 11's.....As a matter of fact I know it could...Ive seen It done for under $2,000...(Not including price of car)

in stead of just a straight line you should make it like an all around show down. Include like an auto X, drag, and like a brake test or something to that nature, i think that would make it more interesting.
