What are you using to figure out how much HP you think toms car has? Toms car weighs about 3000lb's with him in it and a full tank of gas. If you take that weight and use the MPH he is making in the 1/4 (~118-119) that makes aprox. 398whp give or take a couple horse power. On a load bearing dyno, it's usually more acurate cause there is a load on the car so it's not reading higher then it would on the street.
