I hear the best way to dry it out it to no leave it in the rain....
But if you don't want it to smell like a locker room like someoen mentioned you need to pullt the carpet and replace the padding on the backside of the carpet. Others it will be rank as fuck.

I think he dried it out fine....smells the same 
. The "white" smoke is really blue and smells like oil.....most likely turbo seals. The car has some issues that need to be taken car of but he is finally getting around to clearing them up. The car as a whole is pretty solid, rebuild with ~4-5k miles.....HKS MHG.
