did you check for voltage in the switch? opened and closed? Get a dmm if you don't have one already. Its not a honda so i can't help you. If it was I would look in my service manual and help you diag. Check and see if your even getting power to the switch. Is this a auto window up or down or both?

hmm..i think its the switch, cuz it has auto down, and i hear it click twice if i press it all the way, and only once without trying to make it go down with the one touch feature.
