Default Painting rims, help ASAP

Tomorrow I am going to take on the task of painting the middle of my rims black, After searching for a powder coater and not having luck. I decided to just paint it. Any tips on a durable paint? It doesnt have to be spray paint because I have an air spray gun. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

What difficulties did you have finding a powder coater? Call John Purner at www.ccwheel.com If he can't do it he might be able to recommend somebody.

nobody wants to do leave the lip polished. I just painted the front two and I am not getting a smooth texture like i wnated, there comming out reall rough. So I am going to have to spend alot of time working on them to get them as smooth as i want them. They are not smooth because the rim has a texture to it to begin with. I am going to wait and let the paint cure completly and use like a 400 grit sand paper on it, then paint more coats on it then clear coat it. here are pics.
