Is it lying if...
Is it lying if you say you run say 9s on 93 octane when you also use the help of alcohol or is it honest but just not the full truth.
If I say "i run 9.65 on 93octane" and dont tell you i use alcohol injection or anything like that, am I false advertising. Isn't it like building a title on a false/deceptive statement.

yeah i saw your mug the other day and thought i knew him. then i saw that grocery getter
i haev a snow boost cooler, meth injection, i dont tell anyone.. but if i ever use it (never have) id be running 116
its not like you cant tell when im running 110-116.. and who knows how it smells with the methanol ill probably get stoned just driving it
run what you brung... most people just want to know how much boost ive got, they arent aware that methanol adds at least another 60whp

Yea I know what you mean, it just doesn't really make any sense to me when someone says "I run 10.67 @ 131mph on pump gas" and leave out the fact that they are also spraying methonal/alcohol.

i run low 8s in the 1/4 on pump gas....87 octane to be exact. what now?!

The spirit of saying "I run 10's on pump gas" is to say that I don't need to go to the race track to fuel up before going fast. Alcohol can be purchased in many forms very easily and cheaply so I don't think its a big deal if they don't mention it. Should they run a laundry list of parts as well? I mean without the turbo he wouldn't go 10's either.
