I mean without the turbo he wouldn't go 10's either.
I never thought of it that way. When I see people say something like that to me on a turbo car it's the spirit of saying "It is very hard to run 10s on pump gas but I have the right setup, the skill and the large amount of tuning knowledge it takes to do so and you don't" and not really the whole pump gas and alki vs race gas mix.

I think it is deceptive myself. If you go to the Pump Gas drags...you will not be allowed alcohol.

But...why be concerned with octane anyways. Run what ya brung bitches!!!!!
If someone wants to restrict themselves to 93...be my guest. Ill run twhatever the hell i want to.

I dont see whats impressive about running xx.yz on pump fuel.

That just shows me you either aren't taking proper precautions with your "race" car, or that you aren't anywhere near your cars potential

I don't streetrace though, so it really means nothing to me. If you goto the track and still run pumpgas on a "fast" car, you're an idiot just the same.
