haha yea work on traction before you start adding more power... i had nitrous on a gsr powered 92 hatch with bolt ons and fuel upgrades. i still ran a 13.9@107. after you work on the traction issues then you might want to ask this question again .

50 shot Zex dry kit. It's hard to go wrong with a 50 shot and it's hard to go wrong with a Zex kit. But first get some drag radials and poly engine mounts.

Thanks Red.TR is a bunch of wise asses. Used to run a dry kit on a d series hb just curious about the wet kit. Fixed the traction problems a while ago. . Purchased FPR and a/f guage but wanting to get a new fuel pump...any suggestions other then the WALBRO 255 or is that plenty?

I have a 255 in tank in my POS, no problems here.

If you think about it, the fueling requirements aren't any different with a 50 shot dry and a 50 shot wet, it's just the way the fuel is delivered. With dry kits that spike the fuel pressure to deliver their fuel, you'd actually need a better fuel pump to push fuel at the high pressures they want. For what you're doing, a walbro 190 would probably do the trick. The 255 can overwhelm stock fpr's on a lot of cars and run you rich at low rpm. I don't know if that applies to your car in particular.

i have had the zex kit on my car for almost 3 years now and havent had one problem. its all how you use it and not abuse it. i started with a 50 shot with basic upgrades and now i am at a 65 shot with a walbro 255 intank fuel pump, adjustable fuel regulator and a msd digital 6 to help me pull back timing and running strong.
