As the person who did that helicoil work on your motor let me clarify what was done to your motor by engine lab.
When your motor was brought to us whoever was previously working on it for you had screwed up the mount bolts in several ways. First off someone had already drilled out old bolts and did such a bad job at it that the new holes were crooked and they also used the wrong helicoils. Since the wrong helicoil was used whoever attempted to put your stuff together tried so hard to screw the new bolts into the wrong thread that they snapped off the mount bolts in all the holes.
At the time it was dropped off I was told that these multiple fuck ups were made by a shop 'that had done a lot of swaps before'. Judging by your above post it appears that you have let the same hacks mess up the same mount for the umpteenth time.
We did what we were supposed to do for you which was remove the broken bolts and put in a new set of CORRECT helicoils.
I personally informed the person who brought in the motor (you?) that the only way to make things perfect again was to weld in the holes and start from scratch, but it was a much more expensive option and may have required replacing the head gasket since the heat from welding might compromise it. I still remember the conversation like it was yesterday.
Your shop's track record has proven it's the source of the problems with this mount so please don't try to pass the buck for this fiasco to EL. I can tell you right now that you will be denied based on my opinion of your circumstances.
The only way bolts broke and that coil came out is because the mount bolts were overtorqued or overstressed AGAIN. We had nothing to do with the first time your motor mount was ripped out of the block so why do you now believe that we are the cause of happening again? IMHO you need to find a new swap shop that knows how to use a torque wrench and repair their screw ups.
There is also the chance that something is wrong with your swap setup if the mount being ripped out is not the result of the bolts being over torqued.

do you know what it cost via your shop to fix it via welding??? also what is the turnaround on that??? do you think it would be cheaper to just get a bare block and start over??? i wasnt implying it was yours or engine labs fault i was just looking for help and a basic idea of how to fix it and what would be the best way.
and btw this is a different shop... you think i would take it back to the same guy if it was constantly fucking up??? thanks -matt

Well, while a new block would be nicer than fixing up the old one it will be much cheaper to have someone weld in the hole where the helicoil ripped out if its too big for an insert.
As far as the broken bolts go, they can be drilled out like last time.
As far as costs go I can't say since the office handles the financial end, but I can tell you that right now our turn around time would be over 2 weeks cause we are backed up with a ton of work right now. For that reason you might want to start checking around as to who else can get around more quickly to this for you.

Keep in mind that if the mount was not overtorqued there may be a problem with the swap mounting if this thing is habitually breaking off mounts.
The last think you want to go through all that trouble and then rip a mount out of your new block.
I am not enough of a honda expert to know if there is a way to screw up bolting in the engine that would place abnormal stresses on that mount.
LOL @ all the heat wrap jokes.

they keep locking my heat wrap threads!!! this sux and i think it is bc the block mount holes are loose like a 50yrold slut

Tony,
With the previously installed helicoils being crooked, did you have to go oversize on the helicoils to get a good mounting surface?
I'm thinking maybe the swap shop realized that the repaired mount holes were bigger than OEM and used whatever big bolts they had laying in a bucket to put the motor in (regardless of whether they were the right size/pitch).
Just a theory....
