They probably orvetorqued the bolts...kinda hard to screw up a helicoil. They only go in one way.

the helicoils were pulled from the block on one and 2 bolts snapped off in the block

lol @ supra kid, sounds like king kong put your bolts on and over tightened them. can you unscrew the helicoils and screw new ones in?
