If you go to Autozone they will scan it for free. Then buy the part, and fix it. The dealer should not be involved unless it is under warranty.

ya i defintly know not to go to the dealership, they wanted 85 bucks to do a "diagnosis" and i went to autozone and they did the so called diagnosis for free, love how life works, also it came back as a miss firing spark plug 1, but i dont understand because I installed new spark plugs yesterday, and the light still comes on, is it something to do with the wires, or the coils or what, someone plz tell me

Frank has a point.

And hey, the xA is no minivan...although I could see it as a shrunk down mini-van, perhaps.

Besides, poor ass college students like me can't all afford Z06's and 911's.

The Lan Evo is the only mitsubishi I would ever buy.

And Frank was talking about most import 4 cylinders.

Obviously, a domestic V-8 has a big advantage over a new mitsbishi eclipse engine in power. Generally an import would be more reliable than the domestic but in Mitsubishi's case you would throw that to the wind!

Even the Evo has quite a few odd problems. But any performance car requires more in maintenence to run properly, no matter what the make is.
