Classic Car Criteria?

How old does a car have to be before it is a "Classic" ?

Is it still 20.

Florida did away with classic registration if that's what you're asking. It has to be 30 years old, then they consider it antique.

I think that's up to the specifics of the car. A 20 year old Corolla is most certainly not a classic in my eyes.
