Is gasoline factored into a vehicles factory weight?

So, here's what I have come up with.

Replace two 40 lb front seats with 20 lb's.

Savings-40 lb

Replace 40 lb battery with 20 lb lightweight.

Savings- 20 lb

Remove spare tire- 20 lb

Savings, 20 lb

Remove rear seats- 75 lb.

Replace 16 lb wheels with 12 lb wheels- 4 lb per wheel for 12 lb reduction.

So, a total of 167 lb's lost,..2340 lb stock-167 lb= 2173 lb curb weight.

Haha, I'm not quite too sure but, someone who removed them on the Scion forum I frequent said he weighed them out to be 75 lb's.
