I was insepecting the tb a little more today, and both of the screws had begun to loosen up. It looks like the piece may have been broke for a while, and when the screw finally started to loosen up, it came apart. I wouldn't have been so agrivated, if BBK would have been willing to fix it. I wasn't asking them to warranty the part, I just wanted to fix it. I am more angry over the attitude that I recieved, and the fact that they completely refuse to work with me on it. First they wouldn't send me replacement parts, and then they said they wouldn't touch it. There is no way I will ever pay $400 for the tb. And I will certainly never buy any of their products, ever.

It looks like I am going to get a ported stock one. As I said before, I didn't want warranty. I just wanted to have it fixed. I was willing to pay, but the gave me the attitude of not giving a shit and they weren't going to touch it. If the tb was 15 or 20 years old, I would understand if I couldn't get parts for it, but come on, this thing is less than 4 years old.

Well, I'm assuming you dealt with just one person. BBK, like every other company, also goes through employees like underwear. It may not be only the product in question, but the quality of work performed on it by an individual at their company at the time the part was made. Did you ever ask to speak to someone else or a higher up? If you only dealt with just that one person at BBK it only takes the attitude and and/or salesmanship to make or break a well-known company's reputation sink (for a while). The company has been around for years. I doubt they are going anywhere anytime soon. Chock up your loss and drive on. There should be better or more reputable parts out there by now since the introduction of their throttle body.
