And no = you do not need to wetsand an entire car. is there a reason you have to get it to bare metal? It's a bitch to keep a car in Florida bare metal - it will start rusting the minute you get it there...
i dont want to take it down to bare metal but in order for paint to stay you need to sand everything down...at least so their are ethces in the paint, wet sanding just ensures that their are not marks that will be visible when painted....so answer again please...?
