probably for a chevy engine there is places around here. Are you going to run efi? If so bring it to ramsey to tune it.

Inconvenient hours? We are open M-F 8-5:30 not to mention saturday drop off and pick up can be arranged.

I know we are a bit of a drive from where you are but we have people drive hundreds of miles to bring us their work. Is a drive across town going to kill you?

If you want to have your engine work done at the best shop in the region you should let us do it.

If you want to compromise in order to save some money or stay close to home that is your choice to make.

I would at least recommend you visit us and whatever other shop you have in mind before you make your decision. That way you will know exactly what you are getting for your money.

George Pills owns Southern Style Racing in Pinellas Park. He's right off of Park and 49th Street.

I give another vote for Fichtner's. We use them a lot and haven't had a single problem yet.

Clearwater Cylinder Head does pretty good work on heads if you are looking for a place to refresh them for you. We use them to resurface our heads all the time and they are pretty quick.

We have also used Nelson Bros. off of Starkey in the past, but not too much lately since Jeter left.

Then there's Robert Fulco over in Tampa. Just make sure your not in too much of a hurry.
