If you had spent the extra on insurance in the first place, you wouldn't be in this situation

Not to be a smartass or anything, but thanks for pointing that out. It never crossed my mind. lol. I seriously regret not getting full coverage but at the time when I renewed it, I had just finished a previous claim where the damage to the car was just slightly less. The accident, again caused by another chic, went through her insurance. I had half of the body panels replaced and the whole thing painted diamond graphite. After that, I figured I would have sold the car before I got into another bad accident. That was just 8 months ago. What luck huh?

i can and probably will but i don't expect any reimbursement anytime soon. problem is, she has an ohio drivers license. if it were florida and we went to court, they would suspend her license until she pays me in full. she got a ticket for driving w/ out insurance and has 30 days to get some, otherwise, they can suspend her license even though its ohio. as soon as she gets it fixed, if she does at all, then i'll go after her in court, otherwise, it'd prolly be a waste of time. my best hope is that the car she hit me w/ is insured under someone who actually has insurance, then i can take the claim to them easily for quick reimbursement.
