Im no Mercedes guru but I guess this is a badass car. We are gonna pull it on the dyno in a few minutes for shits a grins. Ill hopefully have some pics and dyno #s maybe a video too.
V12 twin turbo 6.0 liter. Supposed to be 600 hp or so from the factory. He had to buy a chip to lower it and the computer lowered the car by tricking the suspension. Unbelievably sophisticated car.

This one is the 604hp/738tq model.
Put down 530 rwhp. We couldnt get a Tq # due to the pickup. I will try to back calculate to see what Tq actually was. But it had to be in the neighborhood of 650 rwtq.
It spun the tires on the dyno once. No lag....none.
When I get home ill post the pics.

Pretty damn impressive car. Very very advanced. To get more power he is buying a computer upgrade that will put HP closer to 700 hp and over 800 ftlbs of tq. The computer upgrade is over $8000. The car is smooth as glass and quiet as a golf cart. Trunk is all puch button, 5 speed auto. Every bell and whistel you can imagine and then some you would have never thought of.

Those cars are just awesome. A chip to lower the car? Wow.
The car is detuned for transmission longevity, I have no doubt that a chip could bump power like that because the AMG guys said that the engine was capable of around those numbers un-detuned. 8,000 for a chip, though- ouch.
