Hahaha, that first CRX is Turbo magazine's "World's Fastest 1.5L" car. It never lived up to it's name, from what I can remember.

I had a bunch of old mags from as far back as 1997, but they were wiped out in huricane Ivan. Rememeber when Adam Saruwhatever's RX7 went 10.88 at 132 and it was the fastest thing ever?

yeah they featured that rex buildup (i think it was jason whitfield's if i remember correctly) in turbo magazine - never ran too well - made one 11 second pass - then retired to the show circuit...
Saruwatari - his RX-7 was the shit back in the day - everybody wanted that - with the old school flip flop paint
here's a picture of his new shit - still rockin the same paint - think this turns mid 7s?

Old School..............Mid to late 90's?????? I was thinking mid to late 80's Thats old school to me. I must be from the Dino-School Era to you guys. Here is my ride in the late 80's I bet you young guys dont know what louvers are ....Now, Im starting to feel old.
