have them recenter the steering wheel, lock it and reset the toe..

go to another store, they should redo it with no questions ask,but I hope you didnt tell them you changed ft end parts, but they can probally tell by looking at it..

You do not change the wheel in a situation like this, you shorten one tie rod and extend the other.

Raise hell till they do. Its not a computer alignment thing, its a drive it, adust it, drive it, repeat till correct thing.
+1

so the car drives straight, just the steering wheel is crooked. when i got my car back after i got into an accident, my steering wheel was the same way. i took it back to them and 15 minutes later it was fixed. doesnt sound like alignment to me.

Just fucking go under the car yourself. Undo the jam nuts on each tie rod end. Turn each 1/4 turn. Tighten the jam nuts and go drive it. Repeat that until it's centered.

As long as you do the same thing to both sides, you're not affecting the toe of the wheels relative to each other, but are affecting where the toe is relative to the steering shaft.
If you go the wrong way, the angle on the wheel will get worse, if you go the right way it'll get better.

This is what you get for letting a place like Tires Plus even touch your car. You get what you pay for.

you don't want to lock the steering wheel when doing alignments. It binds up the steering. I don't know why they teach you that in alignment class. Its fucking retarded. Glad you got your car going straight. Where did you go?
