Eclipse Rs To RS-T??
I have a 95 Eclipse Rs with a 97 Eclipse Rs engine. Can I get a turbo on this engine? Will I need custom piping? And how much will it be??? Thanx.

Basically, the short answer is no.

they make turbo systems for your car.
but since you have a stock, weak dodge motor, you wont be able to do much with the kit....ive delt with 2 of these setups in the past, neither was very impressive
for the price of the kit you might as well just buy a 4g63 motorset. you'll be happier with it.

you can't just "swap" it's not worth it, sell your car, buy my car
anyway check out www.2gnt.com there's alot to learn. i used to have an RS, i just got rid of it and went with the gst.

Hey Ralphy just call me up and I will let you know everything. I had a custom turbo set up. Don't listen to most people on this site because most of them are ill informed and automatically make assumptions. Our internals are very strong for a car that does not come turbocharged and they handle turbo's very well as long as you do the supporting mods. Try www.2gnt.com for all your answers also. This motor has also gone into the 10's yep your right no potential at all

Theoretically its POSSIBLE, but its not a common engine for people to try to make fast...what you have is the 420A from the Neon, not the 4G63 that everyone knows and loves. You are better off swapping/just getting a GS-T. I dont know specifically, but I believe the 420A has little to no potential and weak internals.

go to the mitsu forum, there is a thread going right now on the same exact topic, and all the shitheads got shut up on the first page. there's a ton of information there already.
