gap between pad and rotor

Default gap between pad and rotor

What should the gap be in thousandths of an inch and/or mm on a 97 4runner? Also how do you adjust it to?

ohh? cause it just sounds like every time the wheel rotates you hear a slight rub and then as the speed gets faster the sound get faster
