Tire size question
Would a 275/40-17 Tire fit on a 245/45-17 wheel?

It all depends on your bead to bead rim width. The rim width range for a 275/40-17 is 9-11" and the rim width range for a 245/45-17 is 7.5-9". Unless your rims are at the max end of the scale they won't be a good fit.
