what to do if oil pan nut striped
take a phillips head screw driver. put the point against the bottom of the drain pan, and hit the end with a mallet. that should allow you to drain the oil.
you're on your own for plugging the hole again.

If it is the head, use a gator grip. It has gotten me out of a lot of situations. If it is the threads, work it out, then go to the auto parts store and pick up an oversized oil plug. They sell them all the time.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
