These are something that Brian Tooley cooked up at TEA. The bottom pic is the highly modified LS6 heads compared to stock. The port floor is raised and then widened for a better flow path. Mine are getting a similair treatment as we speak. As well as a matched intake.
I am currently sitting in the shop at TEA in Bowling Green. We actually drove up here to do my heads

One thing i never liked about LS1/6 heads is the port design. A tall skinny port liekt hat leads to excessive restriction for a given port area. there is way more surface area than on a more round or square port.
