BMW M3 @ $47k... you'd still have $8k left for goodies. It wouldn't be the fastest car for the money in straight line, but it handles like a dream, rides super nice, and has crazy style.

For new factory vehicles in no specific order:
STi, Legacy GT, Elise, M3, EVO, Z06, and Cobra.
Modified it's difficult to say as anything can be turned into the ultimate car including a Kia.
