sounds like shotty work to me...they are supposed to primer the bondo first to get the 80 grit sand scratches out.

second of all you better push for the panel...if it caved in like that it must have been really bad. Also a repair like that will not take 3-4 hours...

Give them the repair order receipt from when it got fixed the first time and tell him you want it fixed the right way like it said on this paper. Hand him your keys and tell him to call you so you can come look at it and make sure its right!

oh yea make sure they supply you with a rental. don't let them back down from that.
