yes 200 lb ft is a good tq figure for a 4 cyl, and if coupled to a close ratio tranny, and used for a road course it could show its worth. but regardless it is not a good straight-liner unless you have lots of open space like for a top speed run. it is proportional to the engine speed as it is driven directly off the motor itself (no shit based on a ratio of crank pulley to blower pulley). the whole purpose of the bov on centrifugal is because they are run prior to the tb, and you could run a waste gate to regulate pressure as well if you are concerned with overboosting. you are contradicting yourself... and again get off the name issue, you're like a born again gear head who found jesus in the dictionary.
