Yea, well see how much proof you got. Everyone here knows NEIL is a very credible guy. And I clarified with him that he rebuilt the tranny. Neil wouldn't lie about this. And the guy I bought it from is legite too, he sold me a block that he was unaware of about a crack , and he let me exchange out the block for something worth the same amount of money. And since your so set on court... Don't forget that it is ILLEGAL for somone over the age of 18 to make any verbal or written contract with a minor. I just turned 18, so have fun in court. I told you to make a suggestion in what you wanted from me, and you replied "I don't know." And don't forget to tell everyone that you had the tranny for maybe 5-8 weeks before the tranny even had a problem. Sounds fishy to me.

He never blaimed Neil for anything, your the one that ripped him off, not Neil. So stop trying to point fingers, and pay the dude back.

I'm not exactly sure where you mean its cracked, the casing on the tranny? or the mounting point from the sensor to tranny casing? Or are you talking about where you connect the sensor to the wiring harness? either way I had no clue about it, and I didn't have any problems with it, so I wouldn't worry to much.

There is always a risk involved in buying used parts. I have given money back for some things that I know for a fact weren't broken when I sold them, and I have also received money for items that the previous owner swore were fine.

Anyone who is honest will try to make right on a sale, because they know that the door swings both ways.

I think it would be fair to see both parties meet in the middle on the cash. This obviously has gotten ugly, and who's respect and dignity is worth $700? Not mine.
