Why does a spoiler make you a ricer? So none of you guys' cars came with spoiler stock right?

On RWD cars it plants the ass end down at high speeds to increase traction. On a FWD car however...

...and no, my coupe did not come with a wing from the factory.

I just don't understand the thinking now that everything for looks makes you a ricer. So what, he wants a spoiler. I hate rice as much as the next person, but not everything is rice. Especially if its a stock spoiler. Now if its a 3' tall aluminum one then yes, all comments are fine

If you look at my post, all of them have my MX-6 in them. It has a spoiler. It's a STOCK spoiler though. I know it does absolutely nothing for the car but makes it look better. I've seen them without the spoiler...pretty bland.

Otherwise, I'd ask in the HONDA forum. You know...Honda...Acura...they might know.

wouldn't a splitter "work" on a front wheel drive car? some fasteners, plywood, etc. and you can have one for under $20. and it will actually produce downforce where you need it!

and if it's too ugly, prime and spraypaint it to match the car. and use some decent-looking anodized aluminum or chrome fasteners and straps.

rear spoiler, front wheel drive car...

InTeGrA RaCeR - a bigger than stock spoiler - and faster than normal speeds can make for a dangerous handling car.

Do what you want with your car - it's your car - but remember that form follows function.
