Battery Relocation

what size wire should i use?? my friend suggested 4guage?? but i think thats what you use for like car stereo is that good enough for battery and car??

Give read in many magiznes that you dont want to use car stereo stuff. you need to use the stuff that isnt as multi-stranded. They never cgave an explaination of why....

i went to home depot and picked up 4 guage gasoline and oil resistant stuffs, SOMEONE was telling me that i might be loosing power by using 4 guage...theory true? or false?
