whoo hoo...yesterday morning i got a call from adam at xat and he basically told me what taylor had said further up in the thread. they fired that one mechanic and in the next couple weeks or so they'll take my car back and do the job the mechanic was supposed to do the first time! that's awesome.l..cuz i was having a reaaaal shitty day and that just made it sooo much better. thanks guy..hopefully everything will go smoothly next time!

No disrespect to Kevin. He is a great guy. He is still working here.
In regards to the original post. We have spoken to Eric and are going to make his car right. It is just unfortunate that he posted without going through me first. I would have taken care of his problems right then.
Unfortunatly we had an issue with our previous mechanic and his a** is now unemployed. If anyone who has work done previous to Taylor coming on board, and is not satisfied please call me to discuss. We strive for 100% customer service . We are very happy to have Tayor on board now.
