Yo...Just brakes was in the news like ayear or 2 ago all about how they do that. They had there perfectly fine suv go in there and htey came out iwth an estimate much like that one..They are f'n rip off KINGS..

 

oooh "ex-sex" now that's some good stuff. Not as good as "make up sex" or "please forgive me sex" but there's no commitment with ex-sex, which makes it a good thing.

 

a lot of places try to squeeze every penny out of person, try bringing your own parts, thinking you'll save but they get you on labor since they can't on your own part,so after all set and done you are still paying the same price, if you can do the work yourself or know someone that can help you'll save big $$$ some places still use "scare tactics" which is illegal in state of Florida, basically the manager(salesman) will try to tell you that the car is unsafe and you have to fix it which puts the person in a position with not much of a choice as they they start feeding people bunch of BS story's, say you take your car or truck for a oil change to a shop, you know the Free or 6.95 oil change, don't they come back with a grocery list for a few hundred dollars? that is why i can't stand any shops and do all the work myself, i do many repairs at home, i don't have all the necessary equipment yet but when i will(soon) i plan on opening a repair shop, some say i won't survive since i seem to be a honest person, i believe i'll be able to build a relationship with people that can trust their repairs and not get raped

 

Hey if you pay attention to the JUST BRAKES commerical, it mentions something about replacing parts before they break. Like a master cylinder and what not, plus just brakes uses those cheap ass products that wear out really quick and create alot of brake dust.

 

I have to deal with the morons at the one in brandon because sometimes the buy parts from us, just brakes=white trash just out of jail and need a job.
