I know people that drive around on ET streets (which are really slicks even if it says "street"), McCrearys, and Hoosiers. Different circle of friends I guess.

If it has any emissions equipment removed it is no longer street legal...there is a difference between streetable and street legal "street cars", who cares if you put slicks on it to run, it is not like a tire change is all that difficult...
