i was gonna get springs and kyb shocks on my suby...but i got a really nice gab coilover system instead....

solid steel pillow mounts, camber plates, 3 sets of springs, height adjustability, 8 way damper control, and a different strut setup from stock.....it rides harsh as fuck b/c i like it that way, but can turn on a freaking dime. not to mention it only takes the jack like 2 inches to get the tire off the ground....

Tien is where it's at. My GC/Tokico blue combo is decent, but nowhere near what a good, high quality authentic coilover is going to give you. Big bucks, but you get what you pay for. My pennies will be going towards a set of Tiens.

Bleh, I like the GC/Koni combo. The thing is though, when you add it all up, you're coming pretty damned close to the Tien, Zeal, etc. setups offered. If I was assured that I could pick the spring rates I wanted and was confident that I'd recieve them, I'd walk away from the GC sleeves. As it stands though...I'm not.

this could go on for days. they both have they're advantages. but both have they're drawbacks if not done correctly.
