zex spark plugs

zex spark plugs
i am going to be purchacing a zex kit in the next few months and i know that you should run plugs that are 2 degrees cooler. i was going to buy the plugs now. my question is can i install them now?? will it affect performance?? or damage anything?? also how good are the zex plugs? should i go with another brand???

NGK BKR7E-11, that plug is 1 range colder, that's what I use for my boosted application on the RS.
