Wow. Could you have made a more generalized blanket statment about "Imports" to demonstrate your ignorance? You have a whopping 5 *yes, FIVE* posts and you're making blanket attacks.
I guess my next questions is: What do you consider an Import?
Is a vehicle manufactured by a company headquartered in a foreign country? (example: subaru, toyota, nissan)
or
Is it a vehicle manufactured in a foreign country? (example: the Ford Crown Victoria is manufactured in St. Thomas, Ontario )
So what is a ford focus then? They are made in Wayne, MI AND Hermosillo, Mexico -- and just for the record I wouldn't buy one from either.
And for the record, I drive a domestic built by a US company in the US.

I think all of you should go back and read what I wrote. I wasn't slamming Import's. I said they were on a par with Domestic's not less.

Some of us here work on cars for a living or as a serious hobby and therefore some of us know enough to realize how clueless your statment is.
You need to face the fact that if you compare the 'best' US car manufacturer to the 'best' european or japaneese manufacturers there will be a major quality difference between the two.
The fact that you state otherwise shows most people here that you don't know what you are talking about.
As I stated I looked at your profile and I am very skeptical that you have anything to do with that car.
I think you are just a teenage poseur trying to look like you have a bad ride and know something about cars.
A lot of poseurs come and go on this site and you appear to be one of them.

Dude, I could post that I am superman on this board and it don't make it true.
We have a lot of old and wise members here in addition to the many kiddies that populate this board.
Some people might say that I am part of the older and wiser group.
BTW - Where is the area in which your car is located? This being Tampa Racing we are always a little skeptical when someone who claims to not be in the area decides to join in the chit chat.
If you were in the area one of us would be happy to pop over to your place or you could come to one of our meets so you could prove that your not just some teenager trying to impress us with BS.

Only reason I came here was I saw my friend post that he was never coming back,
Big1 is as "real" as they come I can vouch for that. I know that I even sometimes attack new people that hit my boards, but sometimes maybe we should give them the benifit of doubt.

Hey, if the car is real and your friend is looking to sell it more power to him.
He should just keep in mind that almost every day we get kids that arn't even old enough to drive posting up their 'expert opinions' and pics of their ride that they stole off the internet.
All of us are also opinionated assholes which is the reason why we are car nuts and on this board and exchanges like the one above come about.
If TR was a fraternity Big1 is just getting his share of hazing. All of us get one at one point or another here.
