Yes dumbass I know what I'm talking about. I had a T5 in a IROC (ok so thats not a good thing to talk about but that was the 80's)
I looked at both these tranny's not so long ago as viable options. The modified TKO is offering more for less money.
$1600 for TKO
$2200 for T5
For the above situation it seems the T5 is the better fit for the purpose but not so sure it's the best tranny out of the two.

G-Force puts out some of the best transmissions around.. That's pretty much all that is run in Street Bandit (pretty similar to what is used in Pro-Stock with a few less options).
I'd take the G-Force over the X2c TKO
If I could afford the GF-5R, that's what I'd have in mine...
but $5000 + for the trans (then add in the clutch assembly) is a little hefty for me...
