It's expensive. A lot of modifications have to be made to shoehorn the motor in there, then there is the fabrication of a lot of custom parts and conversion to rear wheel drive. To give you a rough idea the, the carb 302 rwd Focus kit sells for around $10,000, without the motor.

There's 2 SHO's in the plnat city salvage yard with engines and most everything less the wires that we took out for my stepbrothers' SHO =)
