can i wear my "special person" helmet?

 

id like one of those in lavendar please.

 

its in everyone best interest to wear one anyway, I couldnt believe it when i went there and didnt have to wear one. up north, no matter how slow your car was, you needed a helmet. On a side note I heard that the track was havin some problems with the EPA. something about dumping waste oil in the field at the end of the strip. anyone else hear anything?

 

Quit complaining about the new helmet rule. I'm sure they aren't doing it for fun. They prolly need to do this to get some off their backs. As long as it keeps spitting out ET's, its all good.

 

so if i make a 13.99 pass in my car without a helmet they are going to kick me out? ... or will they just not let me run again until i have a helmet? i might be hitting below 14 now with 3.73s so i dunno if i should even worry about it.

 

i'd bring one just incase. can't hurt to have one in the trunk or even wear one when u aren't even running a 13.99

 

well that sucks!
I must say it really sucks,I just broke my 13.9 Thursday night damnit lol, 13.86 at 100.93 mph and now they want me to wear a damn helmet?
I thought driveshaft loop was right around a 13.9 also....??????

 

Anybody got a good place to buy a cheap helmet?

I did a short search and found most of them running about 200 dollars. 200 dollars to satisfy a track's insurance carrier is a little much for my nearly empty wallet to stomach.

 

i'll lend out the "special people helmet" to anyone
