We're getting really close on the house. Hopefully we'll close within the next 2 weeks. Only thing left is carpet (padding put down yesterday), pavers in the entry way, and touch up paint and drywall.

This is the latest pic. Sod was just put down this morning, but not quite enough to cover the front yard (septic mound has to be covered due to county regulations) so looks like I'll be buying the rest and throwing it in the heat of the day

Panda is the builder. They mainly do Pasco and Hernando, but for the money, no-one else could touch this house.


Not sure when the housewarming party will be. Trust me I'll keep everyone posted
