My Valves / WTF ?
Looks to me that the drivers side was to hot (white color on valves) plus leaky valve seals and the other side had several bad valve seal leaks with lots of oil burnt on top of the valve.
Funny thing is the motor was not using much oil nor smoked.
Anyone want to add any educated guesses ?

I do not know yet. Valve seals looks like the main culpret. I was not really looking to find anything out of the norm because the car has been running fine. I am just in the process of getting the heads off and out for some serious P&P work and I came across this shit ! 
No big deal because the heads are going to get worked anyway.
