thats right, the 3.73's are almost here!
Tuesday(Tomorrow) around 11 am they will be installed and I will be testing around 4:30 or so after I get off work, hellllllls yea!
Gonna love it!

supposed to drive it for 100 miles before you romp on it hard.. at least that's what I was told with the set that was put in my old 90gt.

Yeah Goop, lemme know how they feel. I'm thinking of doing 3.73's for my next mod. I also wonder how much of a difference it will make in your ET.

you cant drive long distances when you first get them and you have to go 100 miles before you get on it.

i romped on mine right after i got mine in and no problens here ... the manufacturer suggests driving below 55 at varying speed for the first 100 ... but i dont think it's gonna matter .... have fun! its gonna be a world of difference for the first few weeks .....

its hard to drive at first ... you're alwaysgoing onto the wrong gear on downshifts and around corners ..

I hope they use synthetic fluid and the friction modifier that Ford sells.

Count on your 60ft. times to get slower unless you get some sticky tires. Otherwise you will like the feel.

The idea of the breakin is to heat cycle the gears which in turns hardens them. You want to get as many heat cycles as you can in that 100 mile time. If you get them to hot to quickly they are likely to wear sooner, make more noise then they otherwise would, and become more brittle.
