i want to lower my 01 gt mustang. i am not sure what to get though, i dont know what the difference is between all the springs. i see eibach lowering springs from 200-250$ and they say they lower you car either 1.5'' or 2''. and then i have seen steeda springs for like 189$ but i dont know if they even lower the car, and I have seen drag launch springs, and i have no idea if they lower the car either. i need some help, could someone inform me of what exactly steeda springs and drag launch springs do. or if you have any suggestions or links to websites please dont hesitate to post. oh yeah i have seen coil overs too. thanx in advance.

 

I have steeda springs on my 98 it is lowered around 1.5" and it corners really well with them I wouldn't go much lower because the exhaust hangs pretty low on mustangs. I rarely scrape and when i do it is from my back tires because i have some 3153517's so stock size tires and wheels may not scrape at all. The drag springs i wouldnt do if u are just trying to get looks or handling out of lowering the car they are for launching and the car will not corner as well. If u do lower it I would recommend getting some new shocks and struts and a camber kit as well if u want to get good mileage out of your tires. But that is just my opinon!
