I dunno if I will get into the 11s, but I am hoping for 12s with the following changes to the 930.
Porting and Polishing the Heads
Half a Point Compression Bump
275 Degree Duration Cams
Minor Plumbing Mods
Lower Ring and Pinion
HKS EVC IV Boost Controller
HKS AIC III Supplimental Injector Controller
And most importantly, 20-25 PSI of boost.

4.5 sec 0-60 MPH
170 MPH Top Speed
Nothing amazing by today's standards but back in 87 it was one of the fastest production cars ever made.
Tall gearing is one of its biggest performance issues, but that can be fixed.
